Eligibility
To participate in the Nestiva Referral Program, you must:

- 1Be a current or former Nestiva client who has completed at least one service package
- 2Be at least 18 years of age
- 3Provide accurate contact and payment information
- 4Not be a Nestiva employee or contractor
How the Program Works
The referral process is straightforward:
Share your positive experience with friends, family, or community members who may benefit from fertility treatment
Have your referral mention your name or referral code when contacting Nestiva
Your referral must be a new client who has not previously inquired with Nestiva
The referral must complete their service package and full payment for you to qualify for the bonus
Bonus Structure
Referral bonuses are determined by the service package your referral books:

Basic coordination package

VIP treatment package

Note: Bonus amounts are based on 10% of the client's package fee. Bonuses are paid after the referred client completes their first treatment cycle.
Payout Terms
Regarding bonus payments:

| Payment Methods | You are responsible for any applicable taxes on referral income |

Prohibited Actions
The following actions will disqualify you from receiving a referral bonus:

- āProviding false or misleading information about Nestiva services
- āSpamming or unsolicited mass communication
- āCreating fake referrals or self-referrals
- āOffering to split your referral bonus with the referred person as an incentive
- āAny fraudulent or deceptive practices
Program Termination: Nestiva reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. We may also disqualify participants who violate these terms.
Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We will notify all active referrers via email of any material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect.
