Our Services
Nestiva ("we", "us", or "our") provides concierge and coordination services to support clients traveling to Porto, Portugal for fertility treatment. We are a facilitator, not a medical provider.
What We Provide:
- Connection with fertility clinics in Porto
- Appointment scheduling coordination
- Accommodation booking assistance
- Airport transfers and local transport
- Local guidance and support during your stay
- 24/7 concierge assistance
By using our services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Important: We Are NOT a Medical Provider

Nestiva is a concierge service. We do NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or any healthcare services.

- ✕We do NOT make medical recommendations or guarantee outcomes
- ✕We are NOT responsible for medical decisions or treatment results
Your medical care is provided exclusively by licensed fertility clinics in Portugal. All medical information, decisions, and outcomes are strictly between you and your chosen clinic. Nestiva's role is limited to logistics and support coordination.
We recommend discussing your treatment plans with your primary healthcare provider before traveling.

Important Payment Clarification: Our service fees cover coordination and support only. Accommodation, transport, and medical treatment are arranged by Nestiva but paid directly by you to the respective providers (hotels, drivers, clinics).
Payments
All payments for Nestiva services are processed in Euros (EUR).

| Deposit (50%) | Required to confirm booking. Non-refundable. |
| Balance (50%) | Due 30 days before arrival in Portugal. |
| Medical Costs | Paid directly to clinic. Separate from our fees. |
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy:
Medical cancellations: If you need to cancel due to medical reasons (with documentation), we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling: One free reschedule if requested more than 30 days in advance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nestiva's liability is limited to the service fees you have paid to us.
We are NOT liable for:
- •Medical outcomes, complications, or treatment results (provided by clinics)
- •Actions or omissions of third parties (airlines, hotels, clinics)
- •Travel issues (delays, cancellations, lost luggage)
- •Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
- •Indirect damages or emotional distress
Insurance: We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering international treatments, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Porto, Portugal.
